Qualifications for all enterprises (foreign owned excluded) located in Pudong New Area to apply import & export rights are as follows:

• Trading enterprises with registered capital no less than 1 million RMB can apply for foreign trade rights.

• Manufacturing enterprises and science institutes with registered capital no less than 500,000 RMB can apply for exclusive foreign trade rights.

Applying for import & export rights, the enterprises shall fill in the “import & export rights application form?and submit following materials:

• Duplicate of the business license issued and stamped by the Industrial & Commercial Administration.

• Duplicate of the organization code certificate issued by the Quality and Technical Supervision Department

• Duplicate of the tax registration certificate issued by the Taxation Department

• Duplicate of the capital contribution certificate & capital verification certificate in case of limited liability company & joint stock company

• Duplicate of the ID of the legal representative
