Republic of China , DAC is a government institution co-sponsored by Ministry of Commerce, Customs General Administration, Foreign Exchange General Administration, Industrial & Commercial General Administration and Quality Supervision General Administration.

With the authorization of Ministry of Commerce, DAC is a government institution in charge of the supervision on Shanghai Diamond Exchange (SDE) and the inspection on diamond import and export under normal trade.
