The annual survey of industrial and commercial enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "annual survey") is the legal system of confirming the enterprises' qualifications for continued operation by means of an annual inspection carried out by the Administrative Department For Industry And Commerce.
The period of annual survey is from January 1st to April 30th every year. The competent authority shall examine the enterprise's conditions of the previous year. The enterprise shall submit the material for annual survey to competent authority for registration before March 15th.
The objects of annual survey include company of limited liability, joint-stock limited company, non-company business entity and other operation unit, which have received the Business License of Business Corporation of the People's Republic of China, the Business License of the People's Republic of China, the Business License of Business Corporation or the Business License.
The enterprise established in the current year shall receive annual survey in the next year.
The main content of the annual survey includes:
1. The situation of the execution and change of the registered items of enterprise.
2. The situation of the capital subscription or other contribution of stockholders or other investors.
3. The situation of the investment abroad by the enterprise.
4. The situation of the establishment of new branch by the enterprise.
5. The situation of the production and operation of the enterprise.
The basic procedure of the annual survey includes:
1.The enterprise shall apply, receive and file the annual survey report and other materials;
2.The competent authority for registration shall accept and examine the material for annual report;
3.The enterprise pays the fee for annual survey.
4.The competent authority for registration shall stamp the annual survey mark and affix the seal on the materials.
5.The competent authority for registration shall return the business license to the enterprise.
